The service option is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning of your home/office. We recommend a Deep cleaning if you have not had your premises professionally cleaned within the past three months, or if you do not use a cleaning service on a regular basis. We offer this service throughout the year. This cleaning includes all the services of a standard clean but with more attention to areas that may have been neglected.
Pre/Post Occupation Cleaning
Our Pre/Post Occupation cleanings are extremely thorough, designed to prepare a building for new occupants. We will clean and sanitize everything from top to bottom, relieving you of the dust and grime left by previous occupants, giving you a stress free welcome to your new premises.
Landscaping and Garden Maintenance
Lawns mowed with a cylindrical machine (what is used on golf courses & bowling greens) and leaves a professional finish. Weeds in paving sprayed with weed killer however this will be an extra charge but the cost is minimal, shrubs and all unsightly leaves will be professionally pruned back, all paved areas swept and flower beds loosened.
