Pre/Post Occupation Cleaning

Our Pre/Post Occupation cleanings are extremely thorough, designed to prepare a building for new occupants. We will clean and sanitize everything from top to bottom, relieving you of the dust and grime left by previous occupants, giving you a stress free welcome to your new premises.

Included:

• Full supervision 

• All equipment and chemicals are supplied (vacuum cleaners, mops, brush ware, brooms, sponges, cleaning clothes, etc.)​

• Cleaning of all: Windows (inside and outside) only reachable with a three step ladder, cupboards (inside, outside and on top), lights (outside), light and electronic switches, skirtings, wall tiles, spot cleaning of all walls, floors (vacuumed and mopped), carpets (vacuumed).

Excluded:

• Carpet cleaning (washing)

• Cleaning of Chandeliers 

• Buffing

• Waxing and sealing floors

• Cleaning of tile grout

• Fumigation
